YouTube not show more than 360p video

i have karbonn titanium moghul with android kitkat 4.4.3 version and updated youtube app but Youtube not show more than 360p video. i have some 720p video on my device and it's working fine. what is issue with youtube app. please help me. and i have one more question about king root. yesterday i rooted my device by root genius after some time kingroot installed in my device but kingroot not uninstalling bloatware app. please help me.:(
