Problem while flashing cwm recovery using odin

hi, my n7100 got struck at note ll logo. so i decided to flash a cwm. i am able to boot into download mode but cannot flash recovery via odin. its is showing error as follows.

also when i try to enter the stock recovery it shows something weird
