s3 home button not working but button seems to be perfectly fine

I am runningS3 I9300 on Cm11 4.4.4. It was all fine until recently the home button stopped working. I tried
Factory reset , didn't work. Re-installed rom (wips /System, Cache, Dalvik Cache and Data folder), still not working. Home button doesn't work on trying to boot into recovery too.:crying::(:confused:

Button presses and retracts back just fine. Back and Menu touch button working fine. Kindly, help me out, its driving me crazy.:silly:
