My oneplus3 is more than 18 day in the support centre ?

Hi every one,

Basically, on 3th August I sent my Oneplus3 by UPS to the Oneplus for fixing the screen.


Until now they did not replace it.

1st they sent file with the price 88 Pound , I greed it. that was on 10th.
2d after 4 days they sent the file again with same price I told them
3th everyone talked with me said that we appreciate your patine please wait ….

Is that normal ? more than 18 day under maintenance
