Micromax A102 - Flash to factory ROM.. infected by Virus unable to install

hello Guys,
i am unable to remove a Virus.. that has infected one of my friends phone and i ahve tried all options suggested online..
i have done a factory reset and it still did not solve the problem.

is there a factory ROM that i can use to do a fresh install.. will that solve my problem..
