I mean... Just imagine how awesome it would be to have the latest Android on the first Android phone.
Who cares if it will run at no more than 10FPS in the menu.
Or if nothing except display and touchscreen would work.
There is no need for wifi, radio, audio, camera, video... It would be more than cool to just boot and maybe, just MAYBE be able to make calls, send text and have 2G internet.
