Gaming performance issues

My fps always randomly drops, doesn't matter which game. I'm also on the lowest graphics settings for most games. I don't think this is normal as the specs of this phone are mediocre so I'd expect a stable fps at at least low graphics. My Z1 handled the games better!

What can I do? And is this normal?
