Feeling dumb: how to enable double-tap to wake?

I can't find the setting and mine most certainly does NOT double-tap to wake out of the box. There definitely wasn't any sort of "check here to enable" during the initial setup, either.

I assume I'm missing something obvious. Wouldn't be the first time :p
